This system is a way to remember passed loved ones. Rosemary was my grandmothers favorite herb. She used it often. She loved to touch the Rosemary's leaves and the smell that came with it. My children remember some of her teachings. They always tried to find a Rosemary branch or at least some leaves for her whenever I brought them over for a visit. She always welcomed this Rosemary Gift with a big hug and loads of kisses and cuddles. I will trie the best to follow her footsteps. I remember she would blow them a kiss in their face when there were sky blue flowers between the green leaves. I will always wander why, but maybe someday... the wind will bring me the answer to that. She never told me. I never asked. Rosemary taught me to listen and to live. My grandmother was special en she had lots of grandchildren. 1 of her grandchildren is called Rozemarijn. When she grew up, she changed her name in Roos. Rose in English. My grandmother always told me how thrilled she was to see both her favorite flower the Rose and her favorite ritual herb Rosemary in 1 child, a grown woman now of course and a beautiful mother. Uniting Love and Life in 1 person. Rosemary was used in rituals concerning life and death events. It symbolises Shiva and Shakti, Birth and Rebirth, Man and Woman. The smell activates the will to live the will to survive not matter what and the power to do the best you can. Rosemary protects from evil, negativity and trauma during important events like death, birth, marriage. Every life has it's purpose, every event can have a hughe impact in the human experience but Rosemary and her green colour, her present smell and heavenly blue flowers will show you that there is always a Power Centre in your Life and that nobody can break you unless you allow it. The Rose represents : Love.
